Multi Electrode Substrates
Multi Electrode Substrates are fabricated by screen-printing. The heater electrodes, temperature-measuring electrodes, signal electrodes, and insulating layers can be tailored. These substrates are used for flat gas sensors with heaters , which could be employed in CGS-8, CGS-1TP, and CGS-4TPs intelligent gas sensing analysis systems.
1. Feature
01) Substrates: ceramic or steel materials
02) Heater electrodes: metal materials, with the minimum width and distance of 0.2 mm. The substrates can be heater to above 500 °C
03) Temperature-measuring electrodes: Pt alloy, with the minimum width and distance of 0.2 mm
04) Signal electrodes: Ag-Pd or other materials, which can operate below 500 °C
05) Insulating layers: ceramic materials with high insulation
